Together, we’ve helped women all over the world rise into alignment, purpose, and visibility through our retreats, podcast, and now, through HerBrand.

Hi, I am Sherry!:)

Creative Director & Co-Founder of HerBrand

I am a big believer that creativity should feel fun, intuitive, and a little bit magical.


I was born in Barbados and moved to Canada over 20 years ago, where life surprised me in the best way… because I met my husband on MySpace (yes, the original social media). Fast forward to today, and we’re married with three beautiful boys who keep life full, loud, and full of love.

And because you should know the real me: I love brainstorming wild ideas, binge-watching the most unapologetically trash reality TV, and snacking on Cheetos like it’s a personality trait. Chocolate and coffee are my forever guilty pleasures, and if you’re looking for me on a day off, I’m probably listening to a podcast, dreaming up something new to create, people-watching for inspiration, or lying on a beach pretending life is one long vacation.

My creative journey has had many chapters. I ran a bakery for eight years, then fell headfirst into photography and built a thriving career capturing weddings, brands, and the moments people never want to forget. Creativity has always been my language — the way I express myself and help others shine.

I’ve also spent over 16 years learning the ins and outs of social media — what creates connection, what builds trust, and what turns a brand into something people genuinely feel. Authenticity isn’t just a buzzword for me… it’s something I’ve lived and built my own brand on.

As Creative Director, nothing lights me up more than helping women feel seen and creating visuals and stories that make them say, “Oh my gosh… that’s so me.”

And I can’t wait to create something beautiful with you.

I’m the woman founders call when they’re ready to step into the next chapter of their power, presence, and purpose.

My leadership was shaped through lived transformation—not textbooks. From navigating young motherhood and breaking generational cycles to building a career in marketing and women’s leadership, I’ve built my life the same way I teach women to build their brands: with clarity, courage, and conviction.

With 12+ years in digital growth, brand development, and visibility strategy, I’ve helped launch and scale values-driven businesses, build global communities, and guide hundreds of women in creating brands that influence, inspire, and generate real revenue.

My work blends inner evolution with strategic execution. I help women strengthen their identity, voice, and presence while building clear brand vision, magnetic messaging, and scalable systems.

And because I’m not all strategy and seriousness…I love a chilled glass of Pinot Grigio, random living-room dance parties with my bestie, and a good prank. I’m the friend who will make you belly laugh with silly jokes and absolute nonsense. I’m obsessed with tarot readings, and yes—I’m absolutely that person talking out loud to myself while walking down the street.

My mantra, “Grow As You Go,” reflects what I know to be true: extraordinary leaders don’t wait for perfect conditions—they trust themselves enough to begin.

I’m here to help women rise into their fullest expression, build brands that matter, and lead lives rooted in truth, intention, and authentic power.
